An Inexpensive Solution For Forearm Tendon Pain

The doctor said I needed something like this to help with my "tennis elbow" (strained tendons). After reading a bunch of reviews I settled on this one. It's comfortable, stays in place when outdoors in the heat and is easy to adjust. Cleans up nicely, too. The trick is how to place it: I put the center of the "knot" on top of the painful tendon spot and pull it very tight. They said to make it tight without cutting off blood flow; it's tight enough to leave indentations in my skin, but doesn't hurt at all.
